My story started when I was 7. I grew up in a state situated in south-eastern parts of India called, Odisha. It is the state full of cultures and traditions depicted in it. With a vast majority of Hindu in this state, the place become more cultured. Being a coastal state, eastern part of the state is connected with Bay of Bengal. Holy rivers like Mahanadi and religious pilgrimage centers like Lord Jagannath abode, usually called God of universe belong to my state, my country, India.

During my childhood, definition of success was usually studying and serving government, being a respected and high promoted officer, earning a good amount of money and maintaining an incredible and fascinating lifestyle. This definition is also prevalent in today’s Indian society by Indian parents and elders.

I studied with scoring good up to my 10th standard. After that I chose to opt for science as my career. Science in India is more theoretical than practical stuffs. This was very disappointing about Indian education system. The students usually have to focus on their results more instead of their knowledge empowerment. After completing my higher secondary education in science stream, securing fair marks, I applied for JEE( Mains and Advanced), which is an entrance exam to get into premier public engineering colleges and institutes. But unfortunately, I couldn’t secure a good rank and failed to get into. After counseling, I got admission in a fair public university called Kurukshetra University, in northern parts of India. I opt for B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering.

Being in my under graduate course, I learnt so many things, which changed my perspective of success. Finally, I got the perfect understanding and comprehension about the term” success “.

When you google the word success, it states that,” the accomplishment of an aim or purpose.” But my opinions don’t agree with this statement. All the Indian parents and elders are partially fair, but not completely. They were fair at the concept to study and learn new things, but were wrong about being getting a perfect job and earn huge. This is not at all success in my point of view.

First of all, I want to include a statement about Success which I liked the most-: “SUCCESS IS NOT A DESTINATION IT’S A JOURNEY.”

I really appreciate this statement as this is the one which I felt being an Indian.

Success is not all about following passion and earning huge, basically, according to me it is about knowing more and more about yourself following dignity. Success is all about face problems and taking risks. Success is all about pushing yourself to do something which is special in you. Success is all about learning new things and improving on older things. Success is meant for all, and it cannot be confined only up to money, it is something more than that. But while getting success money is basic asset which helps us to sustain the success in us.

Try something new and discover the inner you.

Spread help among all living beings and FIGHT AGAINST HATRED.
